RPO Provider Hires Client Service Expert to Support and Drive Continued Growth
BROOKFIELD, WI – January 31, 2012 – Pinstripe, Inc., one of the nation’s leading recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firms, announced today the appointment of Juliana Barela to Director of Client Services in Pinstripe’s Commercial Business Group. In this role, Barela will oversee several of the firm’s key accounts. She will be responsible for establishing the strategic approach, directing her teams to drive the fulfillment of all deliverables and business results, and ensuring that client expectations are consistently exceeded.
During her more than 15 years in human resources, Juliana has worked on both the provider and client sides. Previously, Juliana was the director of Service Delivery for TalentFusion, where she managed 40 recruiters and was responsible for a large share of the company’s revenue. Earlier in her career Juliana held a number of HR and recruiting positions, including senior technical director and client services director for Knowledge Workers (now Kenexa Government Solutions).
