Anne is co-founder and Executive Consultant of Pinstripe; a leading privately held Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm focused entirely on talent acquisition and management issues critical to corporate executives. Anne’s 30 years of expertise includes developing talent lifecycle strategies, driving employment branding and positioning, aligning recruitment and on-boarding initiatives, and ensuring sustainable performance through process change, integrated technology and metric development. She is a magna cum laude graduate of Marquette University and is Vice Chair of the RPO Alliance, a member SHRM’s National Workforce Staffing Special Expertise Panel, HROA and Metro Milwaukee SHRM.

Kelly Renz - SPHR - Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Leadership, Pinstripe, Inc.

Over the past 13 years, Kelly has played a key role in the implementation, development and effectiveness of Human Resource functions.  With a specialty in supporting and responding to high-growth businesses, Kelly has built innovative and scalable HR programs to fit the diverse, and always changing, needs of employees and clients alike.  She’s been instrumental in accelerating the delivery and impact of talent management transformations in companies who have faced the increasingly competitive recruiting landscape, economic volatility and resulting ambiguity in merger and acquisition environments.  Kelly holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, a Masters of Human Resource Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management, and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources designee.
