Who is Richard Crespin?
Richard Crespin is the Global Executive Director of HROA and the Chairman of SharedXpertise. Richard is an alumnus of George Washington University and the Harvard Business School. He currently serves as President of the George Washington Alumni Association and is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives.
Who is Anne Nimke?
Anne is co-founder of Pinstripe, a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm focused entirely on talent acquisition and management issues critical to corporate executives. Anne’s 30 years of expertise includes leading long-term outsourced talent acquisition programs for professional, non-exempt and hourly staffing needs, as well as contract negotiations, and HR/recruitment department realignment and reorganization. She is a magna cum laude graduate of Marquette University, Vice Chair of the RPO Alliance, and a member of both SHRM’s National Workforce Staffing Special Expertise Panel and IHRIM"s Talent Management Affinity Group Steering Committee.
