The Reading Hospital and Medical Center saw an opportunity to create a new entity which would allow them to enhance the quality and scope of care that they could provide in their community. But in order to make this vision a reality, they needed to place hundreds of highly specialized staff members in a very short time frame.

Reading and Pinstripe worked closely together to design and deploy a new HR infrastructure which allowed Reading leadership to focus on physician recruitment and engagement while Pinstripe handled other key aspects of recruitment.

Pinstripe provided a clearly defined, technology-enabled process for evaluating and transitioning the physicians and their employees, and developed and facilitated a series of training sessions for employees and leaders. This training facilitated smooth transitions for employees, and began the process of establishing the culture of the new organization.
