Tara Cassady’s diverse and progressive leadership, management and organizational development experience is an asset to Pinstripe.  She has a unique ability to energize people to achieve results and a capacity for seeing the big picture and accomplishing the most demanding goals for her clients. Tara applies innovative techniques and creative problem solving to find new ways to satisfy clients, while drawing from her customer management experience to anticipate, identify and address issues proactively.

Previously, Tara was the Director of Membership and Business Development at MRA - The Management Association. In this position she was responsible for growing the association’s membership base, increasing sales of HR consulting services, and delivering business solutions including training, succession management, competency development, and assessments. Tara helped grow and advance MRA, by working with member companies to identify their needs and establishing strategies to best address them.

In her prior role she was the Director of Temporary Staffing at Hatch Staffing, where she was responsible for client and new business development, recruiting and hiring, staff development, training and strategic planning.  During her tenure at Hatch, Tara helped to drive growth through selling, managing and developing individuals and resources throughout the temporary staffing division.

Tara earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from St. Norbert College and a Master of Arts degree in communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
