With her ability to offer practical and proactive solutions, Natalie works directly with Pinstripe Healthcare clients to identify their talent and recruitment goals - and turn those goals into results. These results include solving the problem of high vacancy rates and the on-going chronic recruiting challenges found in healthcare today.

With more than 11 years of experience in the recruitment field, Natalie works with healthcare organizations to improve and strengthen their talent acquisition processes. Her background in direct recruiting and branch and sales management enables her to quickly connect the needs of healthcare organizations with Pinstripe Healthcare’s resources.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Natalie is active in the Waukesha (WI) Area Chamber of Commerce and is a graduate of that organization’s Leadership Program.
