Vice President, Client Development and Implementation
As vice president of client development and implementation for Pinstripe Healthcare, Ashley Gougé oversees a solution design team that customizes programs for each healthcare client based on a blend of innovative technologies and recruiting strategies. Ashley’s team is responsible for mining and applying the most cutting-edge tools and web 2.0 tactics to ensure their clients attract the best available talent. Following implementation, Ashley works closely with the client service team to ensure a seamless partnership launch and flawless execution.
Ashley understands the challenges facing today’s healthcare industry. She has more than a decade of experience in global healthcare recruiting and HR management. An innovator in recruitment, her strategic, customer-focused approach drives down recruitment costs and vacancy rates, while increasing organizational competitiveness.
Prior to joining Pinstripe Healthcare, Ashley led the development of a centralized nursing recruitment team for the Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare System in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She closely partnered with nursing leadership to create a customer-focused recruitment strategy across eight different organizations, and assisted in the development of an internal staffing agency that virtually eliminated the use of external staff.
As the former HR leader for a 130+ multi-specialty physician medical group, Ashley has extensive experience with provider compensation, physician recruitment, practice acquisition and integration and contract negotiation. She possesses a keen ability to facilitate strong partnerships with physicians and providers.
An active speaker and blog contributor, Ashley is acutely aware of the talent challenges facing health care. She is committed to helping organizations develop and implement strategies that will give them a vital competitive advantage.
Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in business and psychology from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan and is pursuing her Master of Science in management from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
