With
more than 20 years of leadership in Human Resources, Jill Zoromski
is a distinguished and respected member of the HR and recruiting
world. Jill knows people: She not only understands that they are
the foundation of every strong business, she is also an expert
at finding the best people and getting them on board.
As Senior Vice President, Jill uses her insight and experience
gained in corporate and consulting settings to grow Pinstripe’s
business in varied industries. As the demand increases for efficient
and effective talent acquisition solutions, Jill is poised to
broaden Pinstripe’s scope with large and mid-sized employers
in the areas of talent sourcing, recruiting, hiring, on-boarding
and engagement.
Jill previously served as the Managing Director at the Milwaukee
office of Capital H, a rapidly growing human capital consulting
firm, where she implemented its successful Recruitment Process
Outsourcing (RPO) practice. Jill has also led Human Resources
efforts in a variety of companies in the financial services and
technology industries, including Guaranty Bank and eFunds.
