with nearly 25,000 employees in 4 states, Jill has a broad range
of HR and Executive experience. She provided strategic and operational
leadership to support workforce planning, labor productivity,
joint ventures, organizational consolidations, performance management,
benefit analysis and design, employee retention, recruitment,
job design, staffing utilization and labor management.
Jill has spent the last two decades building relationships with
key operational leaders to help them meet the goal of delivering
compassionate, quality care in the most cost effective manner.
Having served as a member of the executive team for two major
healthcare systems, Jill understands that human resource executives
need to work in partnership with operational leaders to deliver
the workforce solutions demanded by the competitive healthcare
