group, Ashley has extensive experience with provider compensation,
physician recruitment, practice acquisition and integration and
contract negotiation. Ashley has a keen ability to facilitate
strong partnerships with physicians and providers.
Focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness, Ashley led
the nursing recruitment team for the Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare
System in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Ashley closely partnered with
nursing leadership to create a customer focused recruitment strategy
across 8 different organizations. Ashley also assisted in the
development of an internal staffing agency that virtually eliminated
the use of external agency staff.
