Scott is focused on growing the business and working with clients

20 years of experience in client services and business development
in the healthcare industry further deepen the insider expertise
on the Pinstripe team.
As a seasoned leader in the industry, Scott understands healthcare
organizations, and the pressures they have gone through and are
currently facing. From shifting payor mixes, declining reimbursement,
and shrinking talent pools, he has experienced the demands and
increasing competition in the industry. Scott is focused on driving
outcomes by providing the best talent to healthcare organizations
through the proven Pinstripe model. He firmly believes that in
the field of healthcare, “it is all about the people,”
and that the organizations that thrive, will do so by innovatively
approaching talent management and securing the best staff.
Scott recognizes that in healthcare you have to be adaptive to
work effectively with clients, and that in outsourcing you are
“a guest in their house,” providing service to clients
and representing them. He believes that in order to be effective
it is necessary to learn each client’s mission and values,
and align your approach with their unique culture and style.
Formerly, Scott was the Senior Vice President of Operations for
Sodexo’s Health Care Division in the Midwest where he was
responsible for the management and leadership of more than 70
clients. Working with Sodexo’s leading health care clients
in the Midwest, his area operating budget was in excess of $300
million.
