Director of Client Services

As director of Client Services for Pinstripe, Sarah Anderson oversees client relationships and manages client service delivery teams. In this role, she works closely with critical firm clients to meet and exceed their expectations by consulting with them to identify their business goals. Sarah is responsible for developing the strategy to achieve client objectives and also for managing her service delivery teams to ensure that larger goals are met and deliverables are fulfilled through flawless execution.

A client services professional with an empathetic, relationship-oriented approach and a commitment to heightened efficiency and creative problem solving, Sarah has extensive experience in key account management, service delivery, operations, and account growth. As a program manager for large global clients, Sarah is an expert at analyzing the disparate working parts within an organization’s HR function to uncover opportunities for process improvement and greater cost savings.

Sarah is driven by the impact she can have on a client’s business. “I love helping my clients to achieve their goals. I’m excited to work with new clients, build partnerships and learn from the people around me,” she explained. Sarah was drawn to Pinstripe’s entrepreneurial spirit, commitment to quality, and their industry reputation for an unparalleled depth of client service. Sarah believes that her experience working with large complex clients at a large established employment services company will be a valuable asset in helping to drive Pinstripe’s continued growth.

Prior to joining Pinstripe, Sarah was part of Manpower, Inc.’s global team where she was the program manager for North America. During her seven year tenure with the organization, she quickly advanced through a series of senior positions and was consistently entrusted to retain and grow the firm’s largest US and global clients.

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing, with academic distinction, from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, WI. She is a huge Green Bay Packers fan and a passionate supporter of dog rescue. She resides in Wauwatosa, WI with her husband and two daughters.
