Vice President, Client Services
As Vice President of Client Services in Pinstripe’s Commercial Business Group, Paul Geist is responsible for client relationship and performance. In this role, he manages recruitment teams for several key accounts; setting the strategic direction, driving the fulfillment of all deliverables and business results, and ensuring that client expectations are consistently exceeded.
A results-oriented client services professional, Paul has extensive international experience in key account management, service delivery, operations, P&L oversight, and account growth. He is known for his ability to dissect problems and rebuild with appropriate solutions, while balancing operational details and client relationships. Throughout his career he has been particularly effective at increasing sales and profitability, driving change, improving efficiencies, and reducing overall client and internal costs.
Paul enjoys the challenge and diversity of working with a variety of clients. He prides himself on applying financial and operational measurement techniques to uncover and track how to impact each client’s unique situation through an improved approach to hiring and talent management.
Paul was attracted to Pinstripe’s focus on talent acquisition strategy and the opportunity to work with an industry leader in applying innovative technology applications and social media techniques to maximize each client’s employment brand. Having a history of working with a large established employment services company, Paul was enticed by the company’s entrepreneurial spirit, growth trajectory and hands-on leadership. He is eager to contribute to Pinstripe’s ongoing efforts to streamline and create operational consistency in the client services group, and to apply his experience working with large partnerships to help drive Pinstripe’s continued growth.
Previously, Paul advanced through a series of senior positions at Manpower, Inc. culminating with the position of Global Account Director. During his tenure, he repeatedly received awards for supplier excellence, led numerous teams of up to 38 people, was instrumental in transforming the managed service program (MSP), and increased global profits by as much as 40 percent.
A Six Sigma Green Belt, Paul earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Michigan State University. He resides in Brookfield, WI with his wife and two children.
