Vice President, Strategic Client Development
As Vice President of Strategic Client Development, Paul Geist is responsible for expanding Pinstripe’s strong client relationships by bringing additional transformational solutions and next practices customized to help clients meet their strategic goals. In this role he applies his experience working with large partnerships to help drive Pinstripe’s continued growth.
Paul was enticed to Pinstripe because of the company’s entrepreneurial spirit, growth trajectory and hands-on leadership. He prides himself on applying financial and operational measurement techniques to uncover and track how to impact each client’s unique situation through an improved approach to hiring and talent management.
Paul has extensive international experience in key account management, service delivery, operations, P&L oversight, and account growth. Previously, Paul advanced through a series of senior positions at Manpower, Inc. culminating with the position of Global Account Director. During his tenure, he repeatedly received awards for supplier excellence, led numerous teams of up to 38 people, was instrumental in transforming the managed service program (MSP), and increased global profits by as much as 40 percent.
A Six Sigma Green Belt, Paul earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Michigan State University.
