As Vice President of Global Solutions & Operations, Neil Davies is responsible for Pinstripe’s operation strategy, implementation, solution design, and ongoing operational excellence on a global scale. He brings to Pinstripe more than a decade of expertise in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), human resource outsourcing (HRO) and executive search. His focus on international operations, global implementation and global outsourcing, adds considerable experience to Pinstripe’s already strong operational leadership team.
Davies was attracted to Pinstripe’s progressive approach, leadership team, and focus on client service excellence. “What really appealed to me is the innovation that Pinstripe is pushing out into the market, more so than any other RPO provider. They already have an excellent platform for taking the business forward, and I believe that I can have a significant impact by applying my experience working for a slightly larger organization on very large multi-national deals,” Davies stated.
“Sue Marks’ pedigree as a serial entrepreneur in the HR and RPO space and the company’s innovative industry leadership confirmed for me that I wanted to be a part of their team. Their focus on quality and being the best, but not biggest, is very close to my heart,” he added.
Davies feels that the industry is challenged by an escalated war for talent in a rapidly changing global economy. “There is a significant demand for RPO services on a global scale. The battlefield, so to speak, is evolving and expanding geographically, and customers are demanding immediate solutions that address these business changes,” Davies explained. “I’m confident that my international operations and global implementation experience will help enhance and promote Pinstripe’s global strategy as they grow their footprint,” Davies added.
Prior to joining Pinstripe, Davies worked for Kenexa as their director of RPO International Business, where he led operational delivery, consulting services and creative sourcing. Previously, Davies worked as a consultant service delivery manager for the People Services Division of ARINSO International HR Outsourcing. Earlier in his career he was the director of operations for Lansdowne, Ltd., a provider of outsourced recruitment service concentrating on large volume campaigns.
A coach of his local junior rugby team, Davies lives with his wife and two children in London, where they are in the process of relocating to Brookfield, WI.
