Vice President, Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Kristen Wright is responsible for building Pinstripe's brand and establishing its reputation in the market as an authority on talent acquisition and human resources. In her role, Kristen directly supports the lead generation efforts of the sales team and oversees all advertising, branding, marketing, public relations, and social media initiatives.
Kristen is a strategic and disciplined thinker who takes a creative but pragmatic approach to getting the job done. She was drawn to Pinstripe by their strong executive leadership, entrepreneurial spirit and the exceptional capabilities of the team. “In Pinstripe I found a group of smart people working collaboratively toward a common goal. Pinstripe has a unique brand voice and I’m confident they will continue to lead employment branding and social media innovation in the industry,” Kristen stated. Commenting on her role within Pinstripe Healthcare, she continued “Healthcare is a challenging and exciting field right now. The opportunity to help shape and promote the brand of a rapidly growing organization focused on partnering with providers to lower labor costs and help meet the demands of reform is extremely compelling.”
Kristen has more than 15 years of experience in brand stewardship, marketing and communications strategy. Her background working for a leading provider of global workforce solutions, has equipped her with a sophisticated approach to marketing and an impressive depth of industry knowledge.
Previously in her career, Kristen worked at Manpower Inc. where she held a series of senior marketing roles culminating with the position of director of integrated marketing. During her tenure, she directed a 24-person team in numerous marketing initiatives, delivered marketing support for three lines of business equating to $2B in revenue in the U.S., and directed national advertising campaigns, including media buying and creative direction. Kristen views her most significant accomplishment as the management of Manpower’s global re-branding initiative in 72 countries and territories, which involved migrating from more than 250 brands to five and launching a brand new visual identity simultaneously worldwide.
Kristen earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in French and a Master of Science in management and international business from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She resides in Menomonee Falls, WI with her husband and two children.
