Healthcare Practice Leader
As a Practice Leader, Kat McCormick is responsible for developing relationships with healthcare leaders, educating these leaders about the benefits of Pinstripe Healthcare’s innovative talent management products and services, and driving growth through new partnerships. In her role, she will coordinate client relationships from introductory meeting to discovery phase, and through to program execution. Kat will oversee all requisite assessment, implementation, and recruitment teams to ensure exceptional client results. Based in California, Kat will strengthen Pinstripe Healthcare’s foothold in a critical geographic region for the healthcare market.
Kat brings to Pinstripe Healthcare an uncommon depth of healthcare relationships and a broad and comprehensive understanding of healthcare and the inner-workings of hospitals acquired through roles in hospital administration, operations, and business development. These include serving as director of Administration for Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles, business development director at Compass Group and director of enterprise business development at Aramark Healthcare.
Kat attended Pepperdine University where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in management and earned her M.B.A. summa cum laude with an emphases in global management and entrepreneurship. She holds a European Management Certificate from ESC Rouen School of Management, in Rouen, France, is a GE Six Sigma White Belt Work-Out and Change Acceleration Coach, and an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
A native of San Francisco, Kat lives in Los Angeles. When she is not meeting with senior healthcare executives about their talent needs, she enjoys exploring different cultures through her travels, cultivating gardens, and reading.
