Director of Client Services
As Director of Client Services for Pinstripe, Inc., Juliana Barela will manage the dedicated recruitment teams for several key clients. Juliana is responsible for establishing the strategic approach, directing her teams to drive the fulfillment of all deliverables and business results, and ensuring that client expectations are consistently exceeded.
During her more than 15 years in human resources, Juliana has worked on both the provider and client sides. Known for the longevity of her client relationships, Juliana has had great success nurturing recruiting teams to function cohesively and seamlessly in support of their clients and to deliver exceptional results.
Juliana thrives on the rapidly evolving, fast pace of the recruiting business and loves to apply the latest technology to serve her clients better and more efficiently. She was attracted to Pinstripe’s reputation for being an industry thought leader and an early adopter of the most advanced technology tools. Coming from an RPO firm, Juliana fully understands the client benefit of Pinstripe’s service offering, and particularly appreciates their unique client-centric approach. “Since their inception, I kept my eye on Pinstripe and was impressed by the talent they attracted, their tailored approach and the quality of their results,” Barela explained.
Previously, Juliana was the director of Service Delivery for TalentFusion, where she managed 40 recruiters and was responsible for a large share of the company’s revenue. Earlier in her career Juliana held a number of HR and recruiting positions, including senior technical director and client services director for Knowledge Workers (now Kenexa Government Solutions).
Juliana earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Colorado and her Master of Education with a focus on organizational and human resource development from Colorado State University. She resides in Denver, CO with her husband and three boys.
