Senior Vice President, Business Development
As an architect of many of our most complex solutions at Pinstripe, Inc., Greg Summers is responsible for increasing Pinstripe's penetration of the large-scale RPO segment and growing the client base in such sectors as engineering, technology, pharmaceutical, financial services and retail. Leveraging his RPO experience and six sigma proficiency, Greg is directly involved in designing and developing client programs based on his background in strategic execution.
Greg was drawn to Pinstripe by the firm's culture, entrepreneurial spirit, and recognized RPO expertise and thought leadership. His diverse experience includes working on some of the largest RPO deals in the nation and founding his own entrepreneurial ventures in the talent space. He sees the current market turmoil as a critical time for Pinstripe to capitalize on their commitment to RPO, grow their client base, and emerge as the industry leader.
Greg's experience in large-scale RPO, business development, solution design, Lean & Six Sigma implementation, and service delivery makes him uniquely qualified to expand Pinstripe's depth and breadth of client solutions. An analytic problem solver with strong interpersonal skills, Greg has an uncommon expertise in rolling out RPO programs, beginning to end. He is able to analyze workforce situations and develop effective solutions to client talent acquisition challenges and objectives, while also guiding teams and collaborating with clients to execute programs and deliver results. His focus on change management and passion for problem solving make him a critical member of the team that will take Pinstripe to the next level.
Prior to joining Pinstripe, Greg held a series of progressively responsible roles in senior management for Peoplescout, Spherion and Accenture. Earlier in his career he founded two companies: Techstar, an IT staffing and consulting firm; and Interview Technologies, an ASP-based vendor management and resource acquisition solution.
In his spare time Greg likes to swim and run marathons. He is based in Philadelphia, but enjoys traveling to see clients throughout the east coast and visiting Pinstripe headquarters regularly to connect and collaborate with colleagues.
Greg earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA, a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from Villanova University in Villanova, PA, and studied advanced information technology management at Columbia University in New York, NY. He resides in downtown Philadelphia with his wife and two daughters.
