Client Solutions Director
As director of client solutions for Pinstripe, Erin Perry plays a critical role in new business development and client on-boarding. Erin supports the business development team and our prospective clients by identifying, recommending and designing programs to meet prospective clients’ needs. She works with the client service delivery leaders to fulfill our client’s high expectations by managing change, coordinating the implementation and testing of all requisite technology, and overseeing the 30-90 day stabilization period to ensure a seamless and successful transition to our partnerships.
Erin is driven by the impact she can have on clients who are looking to improve their talent acquisition process. In her position she designs solutions for healthcare organizations that make a difference in the quality of talent and level of care they provide at the bedside. For Commercial clients, her attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to design a program for improving a company’s talent acquisition situation are a tremendous asset to our client teams.
Erin was originally enticed by Pinstripe’s employment brand, reputation in the community, and by the passion and dedication of the leadership team. She was particularly impressed by the culture of ingenuity, and has flourished in an environment where she is given the resources and support to succeed, but the freedom to determine how to achieve success.
Prior to joining Pinstripe, Erin worked for Career Education Corporation and led the career services department for Sanford Brown College in Milwaukee. During her tenure she focused on healthcare and professional careers and was responsible for recruiting employers to come to job fairs, and teaching classes on professional development, interviewing skills, and finding job opportunities in health care and other industries for her students.
A nature lover and a “foodie”, Erin likes to camp, hike, and explore different types of cuisine on her travels and in her kitchen.
Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, and her Master of Business Administration and Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix. She resides in West Bend, WI with her husband, Chris and their Labrador, Maggie.
