As Client Services Director for Pinstripe Healthcare, Diane Fleischmann is responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships and empowering her team to deliver optimum results. Working in lock-step with her client, Diane directs her team to ensure that client needs are met and that all positions are filled in a timely, cost effective manner with the best qualified candidates.
A dedicated recruiting professional with an exceptional customer service focus and a strong understanding of the ever changing healthcare market, Diane has several years of human resource and healthcare recruitment experience. Drawing from her HR experience and insights into the specific challenges and demands placed on healthcare talent, Diane executes and delivers effective and successful talent management solutions that help raise the level of patient care and safety.

Before joining Pinstripe Healthcare, Diane was an an HR Specialist at Norlight where she led the selection and implementation of the organization’s applicant tracking system and was instrumental in recruiting a new product line sales force. Previously, Diane was an HR Representative with Covenant Healthcare, where she deepened her provider-side expertise, and established strong relationships helping hiring leaders to deliver compassionate, quality care through a great workforce.
Diane earned her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration at the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, and is an AIRS certified internet recruiter. She resides in Oconomowoc, WI with her husband Eric and their two sons, Jacob and Colin.
