Senior Vice President of Global Business Practices
As senior vice president of Global Business Practices, Courtney Cook will promote Pinstripe’s global business development strategy. In her role she will enhance and develop business in global markets and work with US-based multinationals that have domestic US and/or international business needs. She will also be directly involved with selling, designing and executing global talent acquisition strategies and solutions for US-based clients. Based in the UK, Courtney will ensure that the Pinstripe global go-to-market strategy is executed and governed effectively, and that global delivery for Pinstripe clients is seamless.
Initially introduced to Pinstripe through a customer referral, Courtney was immediately attracted to the talent inside the organization, the strength of the executive team, and the company’s reputation as a leader in the industry. “I am very entrepreneurial and focused on the transformational agenda that Pinstripe is trying to achieve. The entire Pinstripe team is focused on service excellence and collaborating with clients to achieve better business outcomes through talent management. They are the kind of company that will compel their clients to charge forward faster than they would normally, and achieve ambitious goals,” Courtney explained.
Courtney is a forward-thinking, passionate professional, focused on developing and nurturing relationships with customers and colleagues. She has 17 years of experience working extensively with global organizations in talent acquisition and talent management. She has been successful selling both domestic and global RPO solutions residing on both sides of the Atlantic, and has demonstrated her ability to help companies improve performance across the entire employee lifecycle. During her career she has served as the business development director of Global RPO for Kenexa, and as general manager of Talent Acquisition at Brass Ring and Hispanic Business, Inc./HireDiversity.com.
Courtney earned her B.A. in communications and Spanish from the University of Arizona, and is an active member in HROA and RPOA. She resides in London.
