Johns Manville was looking to supplement their recruiting function with an outside recruiting specialist who could augment their efforts in filling positions across the company. Pinstripe was initially hired to handle five requisitions per month. Within four months, their role was expanded to deliver an average of 20‐25 requisitions each month. Today Pinstripe fills all types of positions nationwide including customer service roles, which require industry knowledge; plant managers; health, safety and environmental specialists; accountants; human resources managers; engineers; and sales and technical representatives.
