Pinstripe Joins Client to Speak on Recruitment Process Outsourcing at HRO Summit 2009

The panel will convene on Wednesday, October 21st at 4:00 p.m. CST at the Saddlebrook Resort in Tampa, FL.
Pinstripe’s director of client development and implementation, Anne Bucher, and Nury Plumley, global staffing programs Americas and Europe leader at Agilent Technologies, will take part in a discussion of provider and buyer organizations. Participants will share experiences and perspectives based on their organization’s approach to outsourcing their recruitment functions, which will include RPO bundled within enterprise HRO, and stand-alone RPO solutions.
Bucher and Plumley will discuss Agilent’s approach to RPO, best practices learned and early successes. As part of the discussion, Plumley will also speak about Agilent’s evolution from a U.S.-based RPO program to a global RPO approach, and how the organization has created a global model with consistency, while addressing the cultural differences and geographical dispersion of the workforce.
