Sue Marks Named HRO Superstar For Third Consecutive Year

Pinstripe CEO Honored For Outstanding Achievements in HR and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Industry

BROOKFIELD, WI -- Sue Marks, chairperson and CEO of Pinstripe, and a founder of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industry, was named a 2008 HRO Superstar by HRO Today magazine (Review Article).

This is the third consecutive year Marks has been honored by the magazine by being named to the prestigious HRO Superstar list, which annually recognizes service providers, strategy consultants, buyers and thought leaders who are leading the evolution of the fast-growing HR outsourcing industry. Marks was also named to the list of HRO Superstars in 2007 and 2006.

In naming Marks, HRO Today described the co-founder of Pinstripe as, "A well-known pioneer in the RPO industry, (who) has helped client organizations turn themselves into recruiting powerhouses, upgrading their talent and increasing their success in the market."

For more than 20 years, in every role she has played - entrepreneur, board member, CEO, operator, strategist and leader - Marks has remained an industry visionary and leader, constantly focused on the future of the RPO industry and its members. Marks is a graduate of Marquette University, where she recently received the Marquette University College of Business's Entrepreneurship Award and is an annual participant in YPO's prestigious Executive Education Program at Harvard's Graduate School of Business. She has also been a recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Prior to co-founding Pinstripe, Marks previously established the largest independent staffing company in Wisconsin along with an enterprise-wide recruitment process outsourcing firm. Both companies were sold to a Fortune 500 company in 2000.
