Gifford Pinchot calls entrepreneurial behaviour within an organization “Intrapreneuring” and Guy Kawasaki and others blog about it. A Google search of the noun intrapreneurship leads to 20 million results. The verb, intrapreneuring, leads to 20 thousand entries (hmmmm, is there a message on turning thought into action in these numbers?).
Join me in thinking out loud about two of the most critical items on our collective agenda today – Talent and Entrepreneurship. I hope that my thoughts will serve as a launch pad for a discussion on what constitutes HR and Business Leadership, because I’m convinced that what our organizations and our country need most today is an explosion of entrepreneurial behavior.
