Vice President, Client Services

As vice president of client services, Shelly Olejniczak is a member of Pinstripe Healthcare’s leadership team. She is responsible for mentoring and cultivating internal team leaders, driving best practices, and maximizing productivity to deliver great results and produce successful client relationships.

Shelly brings to Pinstripe Healthcare more than 22 years of diversified HR, managerial and executive experience in service-oriented industries including healthcare and financial services. Her experiences encompass national and global recruiting, from executive level professionals to physicians. She has an ability to champion change and has experience with strategic planning, process planning, project management, and growth initiatives.

In her prior role as a senior HR Leader with the Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare System, Shelly developed strong and trusted HR partnerships with operational and executive leaders. She acted as a key player with various organizational initiatives, executed a pay and performance management program, and coordinated a system-wide HR consolidation to a common HRIS system. Shelly has implemented and led initiatives to deliver desired HR results and other outcome-based workforce planning efforts while maintaining an “Employer of Choice” philosophy.

Previously, as an HR and Operations executive for Hallmark Capital Corporation, Shelly implemented a formal HR department and played a senior role in the bank’s brand initiative and corporate name change. She developed and implemented a management incentive plan for the Commercial Banking and Business Division, and managed all HR and benefits components during the bank merger.

Shelly graduated cum laude from Cardinal Stritch College undergraduate and graduate, earning both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in business management. She is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the HROA - Business Tools Committee, the Racine County Workforce Development Board of Directors, and SHRM.
