Keith Pryor is a leading authority on healthcare management and governance, with extensive experience in board evaluation and assessment, restructuring, and education and development. 

Pryor is the founder of a consulting practice that focuses on helping healthcare and non-profit organizations successfully meet their goals through leadership-oriented services. He is also the Director of Leadership Advisory Services for Philadelphia-based Health Strategies & Solutions, Inc., one of the nation’s top healthcare strategy firms.

During his 20-year career, Pryor has held a number of healthcare leadership positions.  He has served on the faculty of Cornell University’s Sloan Program in Health Care Management; as principal of Diversified Search, Inc., a leading healthcare executive retained search firm; as Director of Key Executive Services for Right Management Consultants, the world’s leading career transition and organizational consulting firm; and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Berkshire Health Systems, a provider of acute, sub-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care and home care services in the Northeast.

The author of numerous articles on healthcare governance, Pryor is a diplomat of the American College of Healthcare Executives, President of the Sloan Program in Health Services Administration Alumni Association at Cornell University, and has been named to the Healthcare Governance Expert Advisory Panel by Trustee magazine.  Pryor is a magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Connecticut, where he received his B.S. degree.  He earned his MBA with distinction from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Management.
