Jill Schwieters is President of Pinstripe Healthcare and Executive Vice President of Pinstripe, Inc. Since joining Pinstripe in 2006, she has built the company’s healthcare practice; hand-picking the team, defining and developing the scope of services, setting the direction, and growing the division. In her ongoing role, she leads the group, oversees the strategy for continual growth, and maintains and builds relationships throughout the industry.
Jill has a broad range of human resources and executive experience. She has served as a member of the executive team for two major healthcare systems and spent the last two decades working with healthcare leaders to help them meet the goal of delivering compassionate, quality care in the most cost effective manner. Jill’s experience enables her to connect the business of healthcare with the people of healthcare to ensure that organizations provide quality and compassionate care. She thrives in facilitating a working partnership between human resource executives and operational leaders to deliver the workforce solutions demanded by the competitive healthcare market.
In her roles on the provider-side, Jill delivered strategic and operational leadership to support workforce planning, labor productivity, joint ventures, organizational expansions as well as consolidations, performance management, benefit analysis and design, employee retention, recruitment, job design, staffing utilization and labor relations.
A well respected thought leader and recognized expert in the industry, Jill speaks regularly at major industry conferences on such topical issues as recruitment and retention, engagement, human resources trends, leadership development, and healthcare talent management. She is an active member of ACHE, ASHHRA, HFMA, SHRM and the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation.
Jill earned her Bachelor of Science degree in industrial psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and an MSM degree in leadership and business from Cardinal Stritch University.
