Co-founder and executive consultant of Pinstripe, Inc., Anne Nimke has 30 years of experience in human resources and staffing. Her expertise and strategic approach are the cornerstone of Pinstripe, driving a well-tuned organization that turns challenges into opportunities and results for some of the world’s leading organizations.
A recognized leader in the RPO arena, Anne is a seasoned veteran in the world of talent strategy and performance improvement. Passionate about HR, talent acquisition, and what makes programs effective, she has a unique way of translating her wealth of industry knowledge into actionable insights for clients. In prior roles, Anne served on the executive team of a number of the nation’s leading HR and staffing firms. She has extensive experience developing talent lifecycle strategies; driving employment branding and positioning; aligning recruitment and on boarding initiatives; and ensuring sustainable performance through process change, integrated technology, and metric development.
Anne has led strategic client engagements including RPO solutions recognized as flagship programs in the industry and long-term outsourced talent acquisition programs. A well-respected thought leader, she is sought out to speak at numerous industry events and conferences. Anne has served as the president of Metropolitan Milwaukee SHRM and the WI SHRM State Conference Chair. She is the vice chair of RPOA and a member of SHRM’s National Staffing Special Expertise Panel, the Sourcing Interest Group, and the HR Outsourcing Association (HROA).
Anne graduated magna cum laude from Marquette University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.
