Client Solutions Director
As director of client solutions for Pinstripe, Inc., Anne Bucher plays a critical role in new business and solution development, client on-boarding, and implementation and the change management process. During the initial client meeting phase, she supports the sales team by evaluating prospective client challenges and designing programs to meet their needs. Upon engagement, Anne works with the client service delivery group to fulfill and manage the transition, coordinate the implementation, test all requisite technology, and oversee the 30-90 day stabilization period to ensure a seamless and successful transition to RPO program operation.
Anne thrives on identifying and working with clients ready to embrace change and progress. Her creative energy and upbeat attitude bring out the best in client teams and her global business experience gives her unique insight into best practices. She ‘grew up’ in the emerging RPO industry, working with multiple Fortune 500 clients in a variety of market segments. Anne has more than a decade of experience implementing and operating RPO and recruiting services programs. She understands individual and organizational concerns, and successfully navigates their disposition to deliver effective solutions and effective results.
Prior to joining Pinstripe, Anne held a series of escalating roles in sourcing; team leadership; recruitment and strategic initiatives; solution development and launch; and business development management. During her tenure with her previous employer, she managed the implementation of many multi-million dollar RPO programs. Anne’s attention to detail and drive for results consistently impress even her most demanding client executives and their teams.
Anne earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and human resources from Ottawa University in Phoenix, Arizona.
